    RESERVATION POLICIES
    Important Messages to all Renters

  • Payment in Full is required four (4) weeks prior to your check-in date. If payment in full is not received four (4) weeks prior to check-in, the Agency can rent the home out to another Renter.
  • All rentals require a security deposit, mandatory cleaning fee, and rentals less than 6 months require an 11.5% state tourism tax.
  • If paying at check-in, ONLY cash, certified check or money order is acceptable.
  • Check In Time is 2:00 PM, Check Out Time is 11:00 AM
  • Keys must be picked up and dropped off at Stone Real Estate Office or designated location.
  • All rental rates are subject to change by the Homeowners and are subject to confirmation and availability.The accuracy and authenticity of advertised information is not guaranteed. All rates are subject to final approval by the owners.
  • Renters must be at least 25 years of age (proof of age required), per our Management Agreement with the owners of rental properties.
  • No pets are permitted in any vacation properties without prior written approval of owner.
